Many of us have had a bad experience in selling a home. Before I became a REALTOR®, I had one of those experiences. Once my home was listed, the agent became extremely hard to get in touch with.  And I had to do much of the work myself. I believe that listing a home should be a process, not a one-time event. I commit to you that I will continually monitor your listing and provide feedback to you in order to maximize the appeal of your home to potential buyers.

In addition to a continuous, ongoing commitment to sell your home, below are characteristics of what I believe are the traits the REALTOR® representing you in the sale of your home should have.

First, find a real estate professional with integrity. You want someone that you can trust to get the job done to your satisfaction and one that puts your interests first. You will find that you can trust me to get the job done! Read my testimonials to see what others have said about me.

Equally important is selecting a REALTOR® with experience. All the integrity in the world won’t help if your REALTOR® is inexperienced. You need a real estate professional that can hold his / her own during negotiations and one that is aware of the many pitfalls and traps that can happen during the selling process. I have been in real estate for a number of years and have had a large number of successful closings. You can trust that I will give you the very best representation.

I feel it is also equally important to select a local real estate professional. Only a local REALTOR® is familiar enough with the Conroe, Lake Conroe, Willis and Montgomery area to give you all the information that you need to make the best decision. I have lived in this area for many years and I have the information that you need to make an informed decision. And I have established local advertising partners that I use on a regular basis. Monthly, I advertise my listings in the Conroe / Willis / Montgomery Home Focus magazine which is distributed in most local restuarants. It is simply not effective for a real estate agent from outside the local market to do that. Advertisments are critical in generating traffic. And the most important element of an advertisment is the quality of the home photography. The pictures should be well-framed, have proper lighting and along with descriptions should make a compelling story about the home. They should make the reader stop, read the home details, and hopefully request a showing. Below is an example of one of my pictures that was selected from among 500 photos as the cover photo for the June, 2012 Home Focus magazine.

Finally, my advice is to select a full-time real estate professional. Full-time means being available to answer your questions promptly without having conflicting priorities. Real Estate is my full-time profession and my pledge to you is that I will always address your concerns and issues promptly.
